- Each middle school student participating in athletics will be required to pay a $100.00 one-time fee with a family cap of $200.00 at SJMS. This will be assessed for the first time of participation per school year.
- Each middle school student participating in the spring musical will be required to pay a one-time fee of $40.00 If the student has paid an athletic participation fee during the current school year, the $40.00 fee will be waived. More information regarding this fee structure can be found on our web site at www.sjredwings.org and clicking on the middle school link for the athletic handbook.

PHYSICALS

- Remember that MHSAA requires all student-athletes to have a current physical on file with the school before they can attend, tryout, or participate in any athletic activities. The physical must be dated after April 15, 2011 in order to be valid. Physical forms can be obtained by visiting the athletic web site at: www.sjredwings.org, or you may pick up a physical form in the main office.
- Physicals will be given at the middle school on June 13, 2012 6:00PM to 8:00 PM. Please enter through the Northwest doors #8.
- Girls 7th/8th grade volleyball tryouts begin the first day of school, September 4th immediately following the conclusion of school from 2:45-3:15 for a informational meeting. Tryouts will be Wednesday and Thursday, September 5th & 6th.
- Boys & Girls 7th/8th grade cross country begins August 27th from 6:00-7:00 P.M. There will be a brief parent meeting immediatly following practice in the main gymnasium.
